Maxmilla, this sweet girl is 14 years old now and in Standard 6 (6th grade). She has been in the orphanage since she was four years old. Her father died when she was very young leaving her mother to care for her and her sister. Food was scarce and her mom's health was very poor. Our partners were called to help the family and Maxmilla was brought to Seed's. Two years later Maximilla's mom passed away. Her grandma came to Kitale and took her sister to live with her in another town.
Maxmilla is a beautifully intelligent young lady and has huge dreams for her future. She loves living in the orphanage and going to school. Her sponsor has been unable to support her for quite awhile, but our partners have continued to care for her. We really need to find her a new loving American family to support her. Your support financially will provide everything she needs to get through school and continue thriving at Seed's Children's Home... but more important for her, your emotional support through letters and maybe even a Skype session once or twice a year will help her feel valued and loved.. something every child desperately needs.
